O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide necessary and adequate police protection to the petitioners life and liberty for fencing her own Patta Land situated at S.No.26/1C, Erukalakottai Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.On the basis of the civil Court decree, the petitioner has given a representation seeking police protection to fence his land. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submitted that the representation given by the petitioner is still pending.

3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the second respondent, by calling the petitioner as well as the private respondent namely the third respondent herein within a period of 15 days from the appearance of parties. Since there is a civil Court decree in favour of the petitioner, depending upon the outcome of the above said enquiry, further orders may be passed by the competent authority. 2/5
