ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Mr.Sulaiman Sait, aged about 32 years. On the allegation that he was taken into illegal custody by the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.Taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3, today the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Mr.Sulaiman Sait was not taken into custody by the third respondent at all. According to the instructions received by him, he was arrested in connection with a case in Crime No.382 of 2015 on the file of the Kulachel Police Station for an offence under Section 307 IPC and on being produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil, today he has been remanded to judicial custody. The same is recorded.
