ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 15.02.2026. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has not cooperated with the enquiry. It is seen that the third respondent is connected with the management of the mosque. The allegation against the third respondent is that he has entered and trespassed into the mosque, damaged the board, and also threatened the newly elected office bearers along with 21 members. However, the election has to be confirmed by the Waqf Board, and the matter is pending. If the third respondent is aggrieved by the election, he ought to have approached the Waqf Board, instead, he cannot indulge in trespass or damage to property.

3. Therefore, the respondent police are directed to take action and proceed further in CSR No. 0105/2026 dated 15.02.2026. If any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be proceeded with in accordance with law. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
