*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to produce her husband Mannar, aged 35 years. He has been found missing from 07.01.2012.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Earlier, the petitioner filed a similar Habeas Corpus Petition in HCP(MD).No.190 of 2012 and the same was disposed of on 06.11.2012. But the prayer made therein was one and the same, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is made in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Subsequently, he filed two Crl.O.Ps and certain directions were given in these two petitions. Now, the petitioner has again come up with this petition. Since there is already a direction given by this Court for effective investigation of the case, no further direction is necessary.

4. In view of the above, we do not find any reason to entertain this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
