O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.R.SHIVAKUMAR.,J.) The alleged detenue Saranya, aged about 27 years has voluntarily appeared. On being questioned, she states that her marriage with the petitioner was an arranged marriage, but due to the fact that the parents of the petitioner are not allowing her to lead a peaceful matrimonial life with the petitioner and the petitioner is also heeding to the ill advice of his parents, she has taken asylum with her mother and she is not willing to join her husband.

2.The said statement is recorded. As it is a matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife regarding the restitution of conjugal rights, the petitioner can approach the appropriate forum for such a matrimonial relief or any other matrimonial relief. The Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of holding that the alleged detenue is not in illegal custody of anyone.
