ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Premkumar, son of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present, whereas her counsel is present.

3. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station has produced the detenu.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not present and also the fact that the detenu has stated that he is residing in the house of his father-in-law, this Habeas Corpus Petition is liable to be dismissed.
