The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 93 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.209 of 2016 dated 19.02.2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / II Additional District Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
