O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to grant permission to conduct the Cricket Match in District Level, which has been scheduled from 12.05.2018 to 20.05.2018 at KrishnanKovil Play Ground, Arunachalapuram Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 23.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting the Cricket Match scheduled from 12.05.2018 to 20.05.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at KrishnanKovil Play Ground, Arunachalapuram Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.

5.Considering the submission made by both parties, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 08.05.2018. The petitioner shall enclose a copy of a representation dated 23.04.2018 along with a copy of this order to the second respondent.

6.This writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
