Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner had given a complaint against the

fourth respondent alleging that the school records produced by him are not genuine. The petitioner wants the official respondents herein to take action in the matter.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

4. The petitioner's rights have not been infringed. If the fourth respondent has given any bogus certificate, it is for the employer to take action against him. The petitioner has brought it to the notice of the employer. It is for the employer to take a call in the matter. It is not for this court to give any direction in the matter. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.

5. With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
