2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 447, 323, 324, 427, 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.31 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.First Information Report indicates that on 17.03.2020, this petitioner along with six others, have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and attacked one Muthulakshmi and damaged the property worth about Rs.25,000/- and they have also attacked the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5372 of 2020 defacto complainant with hands. This incident has happened due to previous enmity and civil dispute between the petitioner's family and the defacto complainant's family.

4.Since the FIR indicates that the petitioner along with others have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant with deadly weapon and attacked one old lady, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and this petition is dismissed.
