..Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to secure the petitioner's sister by name Pitchammal @ Pula, 28 years and to produce the detenu before this Court and set her at liberty and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Pitchammal @ Pula, aged 28 years.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has had fracture in her leg and due to that she is taking treatment in Mathubala Hospital, Tirunelveli Town.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also conceded the contention putforth on the side of the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that the detenu has been taking treatment in the said Hospital, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
