ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.303 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent submit that the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, acquitted the petitioners vide judgment dated 25.08.2025 in C.C.No.55 of 2024.
