Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.p.c. to directing the Respondent No.4 to withdraw the case in Cr.No. 74 of 2022 U/s 309 of IPC on the file of Respondent No.3 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.Nambiselvam Additional Public Prosecutor for the Petitioners and of M/s.Lajapathi Roy and Associates for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.8578 of 2022 Crl.O.P. (MD).No.3087 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that most of the investigation has been completed. Chemical analysis report has been received by the respondent police recently. On the basis of the Chemical analysis report, the investigation will be completed within a short period.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor time for filing the final report is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
