O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to send the alleged signatures and thumb impressions found in the bogus sale deeds, dated 06.07.1998 and 30.04.1999, for the analysis of finger print and hand writing experts on the basis of the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, in Crl.M.P.No.6775 of 2014, dated 15.12.2014, within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, the thumb impression as well as the signature of the petitioner has already been sent for getting expert opinion and awaiting for the result. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above fact, there is no need to pass further orders in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if necessity arises, according to law.
