Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records relating to the detention order of the second respondent in P.D.No.61/2015, dated 13.10.2015 and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the petitioner viz., Sabari @ Sabarinathan S/o.Nadimuthu, Male, aged 23 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, produced a copy of the Government Order containing the revocation order. The revocation order came to be passed in G.O.Rt.No.7497, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 26.11.2015.
3. As the order of detention has been revoked, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
