11521/2022 ----------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Eraniel Bar Association has passed a resolution directing its members not to appear in Crime No.101/2022 of Thakkalai Police Station, in which their member Advocate is the defacto Complainant. Registry is directed to call for a report from the Eraniel Bar Association as to whether any such resolution was passed as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
