O R D E R

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, dated 04.03.2024, a summon under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C was issued by the respondent police on 06.03.2024. Immediately, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of this petition not to harass this petitioner.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, thre is no contract between the petitioner and the defacto complainant.

4. This Court considered the rival submissions. The respondent police has received a complaint and also issued a summon under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for interrogation on 08.04.2024. The respondent 2/4

police shall not harass this petitioner and conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
