PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Learned 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in RLTOP No.62 of 2023 in an effective manner within a stipulated time.

ORDER

The landlord/Petitioner in R.L.T.O.P.No.62 of 2023, on the file of the First Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his eviction petition. 1/3

2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the tenant had filed his counter and thereafter, the landlord has filed I.A.No.2 of 2024, seeking permission of the Court to file reply statement. This I.A. is pending from January 2024 onwards. So far, it has not been disposed of. Hence, the present revision petition.

3.Considering the above said facts, the Rent Controller is directed to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2024 on or before 30.06.2025 and R.L.T.O.P.No.62 of 2023, shall be disposed on or before 31.12.2025. 4.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
