ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 24.08.2016 for offences punishable under Section 364(A), 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 120(b) IPC in Cr.No.158 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, A4 and A5 engaged the petitioners to commit murder of the defacto complainant and the petitioners abused the defacto complainant with filthy language, attacked him and took away the car.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that owing to disputes, a false case of commission of offences under Sections 364 (A), 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 120(b) IPC stands registered against the petitioners.

4. Learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submits that there is a family dispute between the parties and that

there is no previous case against the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
