2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who would submit that on the complaint given by Seethalakshmi, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.40/2017 and the same was subsequently closed on 28.01.2017.
