ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the

petitioner and her family members on 22.04.2019 and 23.04.2019 while worship at Arulmigu Manthaiamman Thirukovil, Chithirai Pongal Festival situated at T.Krishnapuram, Kottaiyur, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2019 within the time limit stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Though the larger relief sought for in this petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2019, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and necessary order would be passed within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that since the petitioner wants to worship at Arulmigu Manthaiamman Thirukovil, Chithirai Pongal Festival situated at T.Krishnapuram, Kottaiyur, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, it seems to be genuine, I am inclined to issue a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2019 and pass appropriate orders, if otherwise, there is no legal impediment.

6.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
