Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this Writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has given an application on 05.02.2018 for surveying the petition mentioned property. The first respondent is directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall issue notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition are encountered and there appears to be any basis for the same, the authority shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil Court. 4. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
