Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURLIRAJA P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17035 of 2022, dated 22.09.2022.

2.This Court, vide order dated 22.09.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17035 of 2022 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Since five months lapsed from the date of granting anticipatory bail, this Court is not inclined to extend the time as sought for by the petitioner.
