ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is shown as Accused No.2 in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2016. The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act in Spl.S.C.No.90 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned III Additional District Court (PCR Act Cases), Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and apply for regular bail. The learned jurisdictional Special Court shall consider the petitioner's bail application and pass orders on the same day. The petitioner is at liberty to issue notice to the defacto complainant well before the date of surrender.
