Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1410/2021/E2 dated 15.03.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to enhance the award of compensation for having acquired the lands by the 2nd respondent comprising in Survey No.449/11 constituting 0.00096 hectares in Patta Number 271, situated at Thethupatty Village, Aandarasanpatti, Dindigul West and District by taking into consideration of the market value of around Rs.900/- to Rs.1,000/- per square feet of the lands situated in and around the areas.

2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
