This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner's father Sakthivel is an accused in Crime No.1/2017 for offences under Sections 408, 420 and 120(B) IPC and the police have gone in search of the petitioner's father and immediately, the petitioner has filed the present petition for not to harass. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in the said case. 5.Recording the same, this petition is closed.
