2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his name. He has already made online application dated 11.07.2018. He has also submitted a fresh application on 29.11.2018.

The third respondent is directed to pass orders on the said application dated 29.11.2018 on merits and in accordance with law based on the documents submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
