ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) We are satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the encroacher has once again committed encroachment. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a police complaint. As and when such complaint is received by the jurisdictional Police, the Jurisdictional Police shall register an FIR and take action as per law.
