Seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.03.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.294 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C. r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.03.2014. The said statement is recorded.
