ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was originally arrested on 17.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The defacto complainant was paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) for executing sale deed. Believing the words of the petitioner, a sale deed came to be executed. But the promised sale consideration was not paid to the defacto complainant. To enable the petitioner, to cancel the sale document, he was granted interim bail. He appeared before this Court and undertook to cancel the deed. The matter was adjourned today(17.07.2018) for compliance.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he has not heard from the petitioner.

5.Taking note of the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to extend the interim bail earlier granted. The petitioner shall be secured forthwith.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
