No.282/3 of Neerpalani Village, Viralimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District in the name of the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this Writ petition, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has given an application for mutation of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 19.03.2018 on merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that the second respondent will issue notice to all the private respondents herein and also other interested persons, if any before passing final orders. respondent to pass orders one way or the other. It is for the second respondent to consider the materials on record and dispose of the petitioner's application. The second respondent shall dispose of the petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
