ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.01.2017 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C. in Crime No.27 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case against the petitioner is that out of provocation, she murdered her own husband since, he was torturing her regularly by intoxication mood with a help of stone.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the deceased and the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that investigation is going on and they are awaiting for the chemical report.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
