O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12..2024 and conclude the same within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a family dispute pending between the third respondent and the petitioner and thereby, she lodged a complaint against the third respondent for the dispute of sale price of the car bearing Registration No.TN 04 AS 3274 and the said complaint is pending from 05.12.2024 and no action was taken by the respondent police. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that earlier the respondent police had 2/5

received a complaint from the third respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner and the same was closed after enquiry. Now the petitioner lodged the present complaint, which is under enquiry and the same will be completed within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's complaint, dated 05.12.2024, within a period of one week in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
