ORDER
The present Petition has been filed by the sole accused seeking to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.1481 of 2025, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, wherein, the Petitioner has been charge sheeted for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act.
2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise. The defacto complainant has agreed for quashing the charge sheet. Today, the defacto complainant is present in person and she acknowledges the above facts and agrees for quashing the charge sheet.
3.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.1481 of 2025, on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, 2/4
