ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Considering the nature of relief to be granted in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint alleging that the fourth respondent has not even submitted their annual returns. The complaint has been forwarded by the second respondent to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. The third respondent is the authority competent to take a decision in the matter.

3. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the third respondent shall put the fourth respondent on notice before passing final orders. It is also made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
