Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VANCHINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in CSR No.164/2021 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry on or before 26.04.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
