The present writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and fixed the four boundaries of the property in New Survey No. 453/74, Old survey No.130/8 to an extent of 0-0.80 Sq.mt. (398 1/4 Sq.ft.) situated in Keelaraja Veethi, Oothathur Post, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy by considering petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 05.02.2026 to survey the land and fix the four boundaries on the said land and further submits that there is no rival claimant on the said land.
3. However, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to ascertain whether there is any rival claimant and in case there is any rival claimant, 2/4
the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimant and thereafter, survey the property as per law. Further, if the Tahsildar is claiming any police protection, the same may be considered by the third respondent.
