For Respondent : Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) IPC and Section 4 of TNWH Act, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in view of matrimonial dispute, a complaint has been given to the respondent police, which has been taken as C.S.R., and enquiry is pending. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that only the case is pending in C.S.R., stage, it is suffice to say that the police shall not take any coercive measures and shall proceed with the investigation by following Section 41(i)(a) Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this petition seeking anticipatory bail stands disposed of.
