ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 23.07.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 366-A, 363 I.P.C. r/w 5(L) and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.195 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter was found missing from 16.07.2016 and she was kidnapped by the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having some dispute with the family members the defacto complainant's daughter left the home and the petitioner had merely afforded shelter. The petitioner stands falsely implicated and he is in custody from 23.07.2016.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the victim girl found missing on 16.07.2016 and she was traced on 23.07.2016 and found in the custody of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner

on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
