Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 10.04.2018 and investigation has not been completed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required and on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
