The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no case is pending as against the petitioner and as such no harassment.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
