(R-3 has been suo motu impleaded vide Court Order dated 22.04.2019) Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish the copies of notifications issued under Sec.3A and Sec.3D award passed under Sec.3G of National Highways Act in respect of the petitioner's property situate in S.No.248/2B measuring 160 square meters, S.No.255/1 measuring 1150 square meters, S.No.255/2 measuring 1800 square meters, S.No.255/3A measuring 2382 square meters and S.No.255/3A2 measuring 278 square meters of Pudur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District within a time frame fixed by this Court.

COMMON ORDER The instant Writ Petitions have been filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to furnish the copies of notifications issued under Section 3(a) and 3(d) and the award passed under Section 3(g) of the National Highways Act in respect of the petitioner's property in S.No.248/2B, 255/1, 255/2, 255/3A, 255/3A2 of Pudur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent is willing to furnish copies of the aforesaid proceedings to the petitioner on a requisition made by him.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the petitioner to make a requisition to the second respondent Special Tahsildar for furnishing copies of the above referred documents within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall furnish the copies of the aforementioned documents to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, these writ petition are disposed of. No costs.
