For Respondent : Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.63 Of 2009 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.365 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.365 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued on 08.07.2019. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
