PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 29.01.2024, to provide road and basic street lights at SKP Street, Tenkasi Dsitrict has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed this Writ Petition. 3.The learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 4, submits that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and appropriate orders would be passed within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the writ petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, we are inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
