This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the first respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, dated 16.07.2016 and to stop erecting the Cell Phone Tower in the land bearing Survey No.174/4B and to conduct the investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed as 'Civil in nature'

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In the event of effecting closure of the case upon https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducting a petition enquiry, a copy of the closure report shall be forwarded to the complainant.
