ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for police protection on the ground that the petitioner is a Church Pastor, who was to take charge at Kulavanigapuram CSI Church in accordance with the letter dated 10.02.2018 issued by the Moderator and Chairman and he was prevented from joining in the said place by the fourth respondent.

2.The entire affidavit filed in support of the writ petition contains allegations specifically against fourth respondent. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent is no more.

joining as Pastor at Kulavanigapuram CSI Church, it is for the petitioner to take independent action in accordance with law and seek redressal of his grievances.

4.In view of the subsequent event wherein the fourth respondent has expired, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 5.With the above observations, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
