Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance o Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.NO.48613/W1/E1/2008 dt. 30.04.2020 on the file of the respondent No.1 and the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1828/A1/2020 dt. 30.04.2020 on the file fo the respondent No.4, and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction directing the respondent NO.4 to permit the petitioner to discharge her duty in the post of P.A to Chief Educational Officer (Hr.Secondary) till 31.08.2020 in the light of the judgement and Decree of the Civil Court in O.S.No.551/2003 dt. 27.02.2006 .

D.Sasikumar AGP, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This matter is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

As the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.6202 of 2020, dated 18.05.2020 is stated to have been set aside by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) No.448 of 2020, dated 04.08.2020, the question of complying with the order passed in the main writ petition does not arise and accordingly, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
