This petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to the petitioner as per the complaint, dated 10.08.2016 lodged by the petitioner to the Respondents 1 & 2.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having an order of injunction in I.A.No.144 of 2014 in O.S.No.73 of 2014, on the file of the District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and he may file the contempt petition against the person, who violated the order of injunction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
