Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has submitted online application on 29.03.2019 for surveying the petition mentioned property. The first respondent is directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall issue notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition are encountered and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there appears to be any basis for the same, the authority shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil Court. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter.

3. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
