ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 27.03.2018 and 13.04.2018 within the stipulated time.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.06.2017 has been registered in Crime No.66 of 2018 on 04.05.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 454, 457 and 380 IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
